Manifesting what you want isn’t supposed to be difficult. You working hard at getting it right isn’t going to make things happen any faster. Actually, you’ll be slowing yourself down considerably, doll. The most natural thing you were ever meant to do is manifest. You knew, before the day your little ass made it to planet earth, that you would have the power to create a life that you desired. Whatever you want….you can have.
Easy.
Simple.
And you also knew that there would be contrasting experiences to help you decided what you wanted and what you’d rather do without. There was nothing wrong with the idea of seeing things you didn’t want. The contrast was there to help you choose something that made you feel better.
You had the realization that once you noticed something you didn’t want, you would immediately make the vibrational request for it’s opposite. And when you saw/experienced something you did like, you would ask for more.
The asking part of creation is already done on auto-pilot. It takes no effort on your part whatsoever. You can take it easy on the trying to manifest. It’s just not necessary. You’re already doing it, weather you’re conscious of it or not.
And once you’ve asked, the Universe just hands over the goods. It’s done. Ask and it is given. BOOM!
The part you have a hard time with, if your desire hasn’t reached your hands yet, is the allowing part. You got so gosh-darn focused on what you don’t want or what hasn’t manifested yet that you hold your attention there instead of tuning your vibration to what you want instead. It doesn’t take any work at all, but maybe a little effort of change in focus. Pretty easy if you simply intend for it to happen.
Here’s the deal. Your creation/manifestation is given to you in vibrational form and fully manifests into the physical when you align your vibration (which is allowing). You must tune your vibration to what you want instead of staying tuned into what’s not working if you want to be able to bring your desire into form.
But here you are, looking at what you don’t have and what’s not working, getting all frustrated with yourself and thinking that maybe the timing isn’t right or God doesn’t want you to have what you want. But it’s nothing like that. You’re just not allowing.
So to make the physical world bend to your command, you start doing all this crazy work like visualizing and affirming and journaling and praying (ALL of which are FANTASTIC when used appropriately) from a place of LACK and NOT having.
The Universe’s hands are completely tied because you’re worry and recognition of your unfulfilled desire is what’s dominant in your vibration.
All that hard work on your part to get the Universe to hear you is completely wasted!
Your job isn’t to MAKE it all happen. The reason why you might want to visualize or affirm or do any of those cool, high-vibe tricks is to keep you in a state of allowing. When you’re in the energy of your desires, intentionally holding that vibration firm in place is easy to do, it’s fun, and it works!
But working from a place of lack and effort to attract something to you is pointless.
You’re working too hard. And you’re going about it in a futile way.
Consider these steps that I’ve learned to love through the teaching of Abraham Hicks, the master teachers from the non-physical.
Step 1: Ask. You do this without even knowing it. You are always asking based on your preferences in the present moment.
Step 2: It is given. The Universe takes care of this, so you can just skip over it completely. Just realize that once you ask, the vibrational version of your request is always a yes!
Step 3: Allow. Here’s where most people get hung up but it’s only because you haven’t really made your vibration the most important part of your life. You let other people’s opinions or conversations keep you out of allowing, and you basically down-right refuse to shift your thinking until your physical world changes. It’s stupid (sorry, not sorry) because it blocks you from receiving your blessing. So stay stubborn all you want, but you’ll never get anything that way. Instead, make your inner state of acceptance, satisfaction, and joy the most important part of your life. Have a “no-matter-what” attitude about staying high-flying.
Step 4: Getting good at step 3! You are less concerned with the way that things are and you’re more deliberate with managing your vibration. Use every opportunity to clean up your vibration a little bit more. You can completely change the subject or your point of focus, or find something about what you’re focused on to feel good about. Either way, you’re raising your vibration deliberately and getting back into the state of allowing. (I have some advanced tools that Abraham doesn’t teach which I will go into on another post later and will link here when I do. But this process is complete even without them.)
Step 5: Be okay with step 1 (welcome the contrast)! When you experience contrast by seeing something you don’t want or feeling a way that is uncomfortable, just be okay with that. Realize that you’re “shooting off rockets of desire” (Abraham’s words) every time you experience something you don’t like. So instead of freaking out that you’re in a funky place, celebrate that you’re creating more to be happy about later. You don’t need conditions to change or be something in this red hot minute in order for you to be satisfied. You’re realizing that you are the creator and that what you’re seeing/tasting/touching/hearing/feeling right now is from your past focus. Your present experience is a past vibration. In order to stay in your power, you cannot be conditional about your joy or feeling good.
Fine tuning your vibration is all you have to do. The more high-vibe you stay on the subject of your desire, the easier and faster what you want will come to you. But even in the absence of your physical desire, you will feel good/be happy! And isn’t that the ultimate goal anyway?
