There are days when I have hits left and right on inspired thoughts and ways to serve my people.
I feel in flow, thoughts come, then more, then even more until I feel completely unstoppable.
I LOVE being used as a channel for Source to express His Divine message that wakes you up and calls you to be more. It lights me up….it’s like oxygen to me.
So on the days when I feel blank, I’m not super excited to say the least.
It takes personal commitment to show up and start typing or talking and it feels choppy and weird and completely full of effort (which is the opposite of flow) and my mind just wants to show me every reason why I should just stop now, while I’m ahead.
But I know that the only way to get to that inspiration, some days, is to allow the empty feeling to just be (without judging it) and show up anyway.
When I show up, I can trust and know that God meets me where I am.
So here I am, a complete blank slate with nothing to say but the willingness to be a channel and asking God to use me to deliver whatever it is that my corner of the world needs to hear.
I drop into my heart, and ask with interest, “God, direct my path and be the thoughts and words along the way. I let go of my agenda and my need for anything to look a certain way. If it were left up to me, I’d probably fuck it up pretty good, so I’m going to turn things over to You and trust that exactly what needs to come through will.”
And then I let go. I just stay available and keep going and fully trust and expect that it will come. And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too because I’ve already surrendered what this is all supposed to look like.
I immediately feel better. Surrender always makes me feel better. My need to control and make things happen is never pretty.
And that feeling is all I need for now. Free. Giving. Available. No agenda. Just presence.
And then I realize, maybe this empty space is actually the thing I needed. Maybe I’m supposed to spend time in the space of the unknown. Maybe the realization is that sometimes I will wait and wait longer and wait some more. And that IS the lesson.
Here’s what I know for sure. Everything is here to serve me. Everything in this Universe supports me and my Soul’s journey to awaken and wake up other beautiful souls along the way.
So if I’m here as a blank slate with nothing really to say, than that is serving me in the most profound way. It gives me room to expand. There is no noise in the silence. I become aware of the bigness of God and my part in His calling.
It connects me to that Source and reminds me that I AM THAT.
There is nothing for me to do. Only to be a vessel. Empty out. Release.
Being a channel for Life isn’t always easy. It would be amazing if you could just set the intention one day to surrender and be used and everything just showed up in that moment and every moment so that no questions ever came up to challenge you.
But that was never Life’s promise. Life promised to give us everything that we need. Not everything that we think we want.
And while I believe that our SOUL receives everything that It wants, that often looks much different than what WE think it’s supposed to.
The spiritual path to awakening is not easy. It takes you moving into a part of you that you don’t know and can’t recognize yet. It takes faith, and surrender, and complete trust even when you have no guarantees and even when it looks quite different than you expected. (I expected to have some brilliant, life-changing, earth-shattering message to share with you today….which I actually am sharing, but it looks nothing like I expected! AND…I trust that this is exactly what YOU needed today too.)
As a channel for Truth, you just don’t get to choose when it comes, what it looks like, and how others receive it.
It is only up to you to decide to be a willing channel or not.
I say yes everyday. No matter what.
Because it is the Life in my veins.
It fuels me, fulfills me, energizes me, inspires me, fills me with joy.
It is what I have been called to BE.
And if you have been called to be a channel, that is all you get to decide too. To allow or not.
But is that really actually a choice?
It’s like giving you a choice to breathe or not. If you want to live, you breathe.
So breathe.
BE.
ALLOW.
And you will always, always, ALWAYS receive exactly what it is you needed.
EMPTY. ALLOW. REPEAT.

You Aren’t Overwhelmed, Afraid, or Intimidated By What’s Going On In the World
This message is for YOU. The change-maker, the opportunity-grabber, the lets-take-our-heads-out-of-our-ass-and-seize-the-moment’er.
This message is for YOU. The one who is being called for MORE. The one who wants to see our planet awaken and have a massive part in that movement.
You aren’t scared. You know that this time has come as a divine appointment. You realize what most just can’t see in the face of adversity.
You feel the pull and the calling upon your Soul to rise up like never before and put aside your fears and what limited thinking you have left and take some massive action to step into the work you’ve been called into.
You know that God always has a plan and what seems like disaster to our human minds is a shaking awake and a calling into expansion.
YOU KNOW!
I see you too.
I see you declaring this and leaning into it and getting excited about it.
I read your posts about the potential and possibilities for those who want to help change the vibration of this planet and Her people.
I am inspired and uplifted by so many of you who are driven more than ever to get over your shit and just EXPAND NOW.
EXPAND overnight…not over time.
EXPAND into greatness like it was a seed planted in your soul and it has not only sprouted but shot up exponentially—like a bamboo shoot that has been cultivated for years, developing the deepest root system so that it could support the massive and almost-instantaneous growth it was destined to have in a matter of days, not months or years.
EXPAND into your LIMITLESSNESS and thrive in every effing way—not because you need any of that stuff to make you happy, but because it’s an example of what living in total flow actually looks like.
EXPAND into the YOU that you have been hearing speak to you at night, feeling the tug at your heart daily, and despite all your best efforts at ignoring, “not-now’ing”, “maybe someday’ing”, “who-am-I’ing?”, has now wacked you over the head and demands to come alive within you.
OOOHhhhhhhh yes….you hear it. You feel it. You cannot SHUT HER DOWN.
And honestly…
You don’t even want to anymore, do you?
You have felt the pain of denial for wayyyyy too long.
You’re ready to face the fear because it has to be easier than dealing with the ache of not doing anything about it.
It almost took a time where the rest of the world responded in fear and contraction for you to remember: “Shit! I AM different. I am called to help shine light on this world and remind people what we are all made of! PEOPLE NEED ME!”
You are my tribe. My people.
I feel you. I hear you. I see you.
I have SUCH deep appreciation for you.
Not everyone is like us.
Not everyone has been called to make a change/impact the world.
Not everyone has the desire to rise up, do the work, and transform from the inside out, get over her shit, and grab their sisters and brothers by the hand to remember their excellence in whatever way that looks for you.
I applaud you for answering that call.
I congratulate you for listening to your Soul.
I bow to your courage.
It isn’t easy.
The path you have chosen (or better stated: the path that has chosen you) is the path of the elite, the strong, the fighter.
And you are ready.
No. You are not scared, afraid, fearful.

What are you actually waiting for?
Do you want to feel completely confident and certain that everything is going to work out your way before you step into the life you’ve been called to live?
Are you still just doing the inner work, processing your energy, aligning and realigning, and aligning again until you feel it in your bones?
I’m a HUGE proponent for the inner work (it’s what I base my coaching/healing on) but without actually stepping into life with faith and trust that God is going to come through for you, all that work is wasted.
Busting through the fear requires making a decision and actually going for it.
Faith without action is dead! (bible scripture)
And actually, if you really think about it, faith without action really isn’t faith, no is it?
Because faith means believing that what you want is a done deal. It means that you’re trusting God to follow through on His promise to bless you abundantly with all that your heart desires. So if you TRULY do believe that, WHAT WOULD YOU DO RIGHT NOW THAT YOU AREN’T YET DOING?
You see, you have to live into the life You envision. And when I say You, I mean YOU….the You that doesn’t question your worth, your abilities, your skills, your smarts.
You….the Larger version of you. The invisible you. The unshakable, infinite, broader, wiser, limitless You.
That is the You that you want to tune into.
And live from THERE.
What does that look like to you?
What is your soul revealing to you that you aren’t willing to look at right now because it’s too big? Too intimidating? Too scary?
Well my love, that is the exact place you should be stepping into right now.
At least if you want to be thriving!
And I know you do.
I know you’re sick and tired of playing small and things not working out for you.
I know that you desire to live a guided life that feels passionate, on fire, and perfectly aligned with feeling damn good.
But let me remind you.
The reason why you get so lit TF up over this vision for your life is because your SOUL is calling you to it.
You wouldn’t get so excited if it weren’t possible.
You wouldn’t get so excited if it weren’t already done!
So just relax for one hot minute and stop obsessing over when, or if, or how things will happen.
If you aren’t moving in the direction of that version of You, all the obsessing in the world (along with all the energy work and mindset work) isn’t going to get you there.
You have to put one foot in front of the other and walk…no run…into the picture that inspires you the most.
You do not wait.
When did you ever think that waiting would get you to where you wanted to go?
Oh yea. That was your small self.
Well you’re letting her dictate your life.
And the longer you wait to just GO, the harder it will be to get off your ass and actually do the thing.
And if you’re ok with settling for small and mediocre, keep doing what you’re doing.
But there will come a time in your life when that just doesn’t cut it.
When the pain of not reaching your full potential pulls you so strongly you literally have no choice.
It’s either die or move.
Because when you’re settling, you’re slowly dying.
You feel that, don’t you?
You know what slowly dying feels like, don’t you?
Because you’re living it in some way right now.
You want to believe that you’re tuned into abundance, passion, love, purpose, bigness, expansion…
But you aren’t fully living it.
You have done the pre-work and now it’s time to put some skin in the game.
Now it’s time to actually say YES to God, and meet Him halfway.
His door is always open; now you must open yours.
Do you trust that God is on your side?
Do you believe that you actually have what it takes to live into your greatness?
Do you know that you are supported, loved, and provided for?
Do you understand that prosperity is your birthright?
THEN PROVE IT!
Now it’s go time! What will you do right now to demonstrate your faith? What is it that your soul is guiding you to say yes to? Say yes, take action, and witness your life transform into something you can’t even identify from where you’re standing because the vision is so big and amazing that your ego is blinded by it.

I was connected to my real Source of abundance and felt supported. I knew that there was nothing outside of me that would ever take my power away again. In that moment, I had it all.
I was finally free.

I literally studied manifestation long enough that I could’ve had a masters degree on the subject, yet my life still wasn’t changing.
I knew what was possible, and I believed I could have it, but I was tired of trying so hard and not getting anywhere.
Over 3 years of manic manifesting, and losing my ass so bad I had to move back home with my parents at the age of 30, I felt like a total manifestation failure.
The thing that sucked the most was hearing story after story of people following the same goddamned processes I was and they were manifesting all the things!
I could teach this shit in my sleep I knew it so well, I could finish the sentences of people who taught it….but where were my results?
I hated feeling like shit all the time. I was miserable over the struggle and I just wanted things to change. I needed them to! I knew what was possible and I wasn’t going to give up!
I reached a point where I was so fucking fed up with feeling bad, I was so tired of things not working for me, I just gave up.
I decided that I just wanted to feel good. And I was completely surrendered to how that looked like for me.
I let go of my need for anything to look different before I allowed myself to feel good.
I did all the processes and exercises for the sake of feeling good (instead of trying to make shit happen).
I stopped judging my life and what hadn’t shown up yet and started going within and changing WHO I WAS BEING.
I started to generate the feelings that I desired to feel DESPITE WHAT WAS PHYSICALLY MANIFESTED YET. (and again, it was because I authentically wanted to feel those feelings. NOT because I wanted to make shit happen!)
I began to stop trying to control my outer world, and started controlling the only thing I ever had control over in the first place (my inner world: my responses to life, my perspective, and where I allowed my attention)
The first thing that happened is that I started to feel better.
I remember one day I called a friend feeling completely blissed out, telling her I finally get it! I seriously have everything I need to be happy and satisfied! Nothing needs to change. It’s all good!
I knew in that moment that this place of surrender was my place of power. I knew that everything I desired was available for me. I had complete faith that life was unfolding exactly as it was supposed to and all the things that I desired were a done deal to the Universe.
The reason why things had never worked out for me before was because I was trying to do it all by myself.
And I was putting so much meaning in the manifestation of my desires!
I wouldn’t allow myself to be happy until I got what I wanted.
I wouldn’t just hand things over to God, I had to control them myself.
Of course things weren’t working out for me!
If I stayed attached to the outer things, I would always be reaching for more.
And my soul was ready for expansion. Not limitation.
Not getting what I thought I wanted was exactly what I needed to catapult me into soul-evolution where I BECAME the person who already had it all.
And that is when the world started shifting before my eyes.
When I let go and BECAME my next level ME.

When all else fails, let go
Letting go should be so damn simple.
Letting go should be so dam easy.
So damn natural.
Letting go is how we allow shit to flow easily into our lives!
Why is it so damn hard sometimes?
Because we want it our way, on our schedule, on our terms, exactly as we picture it.
And we believe that if we just let go, God will bring us some watered down version of what we want so He can teach us a lesson about humility or show us who’s boss!
But that way of thinking is just your small self trying to convince ou that you are separate from God, and that He might want less for you than you want for yourself.
And that couldn’t be further from the truth.
God is always aligned with your deepest desires, cheering you on, and championing your Large Self’s aspirations.
God is always with you, breathing you, BEing you, seeing life through your eyes.
There is no line where God ends and you begin.
THAT is what you’re letting go to.
That ISness that just always gives, always pours forth, always says yes!
When you’re ready, God is there to give it to you.
The question is not, “Does God want me to have this?”
The question is, “Am I ready to receive?”
And how can you know if you’re ready?
When you’ve let go of all the obsessions around your desire, completely surrendered to God the “ifs” and “whens” and “hows” and “wheres” and “whos” and all the other conditions that you feel are so important.
Those conditions are preventing you from being available, in the flow, and ready to accept the miracles you’ve been asking for.
So…
Let go.
When all else fails, (because eventually, if you’re trying to control things, they will!) let the eff go!
Hand it over.
Trust.
Know.
I of myself can do nothing. But with God, all things are possible.
When we remember that we are the branch and God is the vine, we remember that we are simply an extension of the life of God. When the branch is cut off from it’s source, it withers and dies. But when it is one with the vine, it receives all the life that is available from the vine, and it thrives.
The branch doesn’t have to worry about where it’s abundance comes from. It simply receives.
(It also doesn’t worry whether or not it’s worthy! Which is a different topic for another day….but think about it!)
Receive by letting go.
That is the path.
It really is that simple, that easy, that natural.
It really is.

Want to know why you keep failing at your new year’s goals?
Because you keep looking ahead thinking that someday, somehow, you will be the person who has what you want, feels how you want to feel, and is capable of achieving what you now only dream of.
You are living a small, sheltered life, hiding from your light, wondering when your ship will arrive.
But you have forgotten that all of life, heaven, Source is WITHIN YOU.
YOU ARE the answer you’ve been seeking.
There is no place to go and nothing to achieve. It is time for you to stop pretending that you are not the light of the world. There is nothing to add to this moment to make it better.
No distant accomplishment is going to make you into a better person. You already have all you need within you.
Reaching for more outside of you to validate you, make you feel secure, make you feel like you can finally take a breath and relax because you have what you’ve been seeking….these moments are exactly what prevent you from the realization that you are whole, complete, and perfect, totally one with all that is, and completely provided for in. this. moment.
You fell asleep. You don’t remember and you don’t know when. But it happened. It happened to us all. But it is time to wake up.
There is no future destination; no version of you that you need to improve. The journey is not from here to there. The journey starts here with the remembrance that you never left and there is no place to go.
You have arrived. You are in heaven. You never left. You just forgot. You got lost in the dream/illusion of separation.
No more reaching. No more seeking. No more improving. No more needing.
No more trying. No more efforting. No more pushing. No more striving.
Wake up! When you do, the Truth of You will be revealed. And to the degree that you do, more of You will be revealed.
You get to live, create, express, and experience however your Soul desires!
Who would you be if you KNEW this was true?
What would you embody if you knew you couldn’t fail?
What would you create if you held the belief that everything you required existed within you and that YOU created the world around you?
What would your world look like if you expressed from the depths of your Soul everything you wanted to see….living from the inside out.
Oh can you see?
You’ve been seeing life backwards. Starring at a mirror and asking your reflection to change! Waiting for the picture to shift so that you can finally like what you see! But don’t you know by now, the picture will never change until you change the image.
Begin shifting the way that you see yourself. Don’t allow excuses to stand in the way of who you actually are.
“But I don’t have the time!” “What will they think of me?” “I can’t until….”
But if you have already arrived, if you already have everything you need to BE the version of you who is thriving, serving her purpose, living luxuriously, then all of those excuses are just preventing you from seeing what’s really there: your magnificence.
How would you be living your life if you did not know any limits? How would you show up for life if you knew you already had the perfect conditions to THRIVE?
What if there really was nothing outside of you to discover? What if there was just more of you to discover within?
Can you turn your gaze within? Will you be brave enough to seek for what you’re looking for by looking inside of you?
That is the only way you will discover what you’re looking for!
Exactly what is it that you’re looking for? Success? Fulfillment? Satisfaction? Creativity? Expression? Passion?
None of this could ever exist anywhere but here.
Life isn’t something that is just happening to you. Don’t you get it? Life isn’t this random occurrence that, if you’re lucky, you’ll get the house, job, and great looking man.
Life is an expression of your consciousness.
It is happening through you. As you.
The question is not whether or not you have what it takes. The real question is, will you realize that you already have what it takes, always have, and always will.
It is available for you to claim.
Fear, doubt, and worry have no place here. Limitation is an illusion. “If only…” doesn’t make sense.
What makes you come alive? Do that. Be that. Show up that way.
Because that is the life you were born to live.
